Add club to org list does not refresh if no club

When searching for a club to add to an organisation, if you specify something that does not exist, eg you put Hwd instead of Heywood, the list does not refresh.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to organisation/ admin/ clubs.
Search for a club which does exist eg Preston - list is populated.
Search for something with no clubs eg HWD, list does not refresh - clear without leaving the option and returning.
