Works out at 6675 to 7858 with a difference of 1183. 2.5 advantage to Meltham. Ben Robinson is at 861 P which is woefully undergraded. Re-evaluating him at 1100 based on performance and a 2 point advantage to Meltham. This can be appealed.

Meltham = 1650,1400, 1400
Provisional grade provided by Rob. Meltham = 1650,1400, 1400 1350 & 1688 = 7488. Difference is now 370 with 0.5 h'cap to Meltham.
