Auto rating wording and date update from fixtures tab

It is seriously counter-intuitive that if you go to the fixtures tab for an event you cannot amend a date by clicking on the one already shown, it is necessary to click on the start time.

The labelling on the Auto-Rating report strikes me as misleading: IGNORE reads too much as if the system is ignoring the event. It would be better if events which are going to be submitted next time were labelled PENDING, and the label OK were used for those which are up-to-date.
