Various minor issues

Check the logs for errors
Should users be able to comment on pages?
Should a club organisation name match the ECF club name ? ( has a big knock on effect because the name form the league_organisation table is used a lot, so club organisations need treating differently from other ones)
Decommission old drupal 7 LMS.

Run drush command to check data integrity
There is a data integrity problem in the test system so maybe clear it down and start again.
Use robots.txt to try and reduce volume of log messages
