Paul Errington & David came
Paul Errington & David came to a position where they could not attack without loosing, so finally agreed a draw.
In John & Robert's game the centre was soon opened up, and despite John pinning a knight to Roberts King for some time and a very strong knight attack on his kings position, John's position finally fell apart and Robert won the day.
I did not see Chris' game.
Paul Sandy and Daniel had a really long and interesting game. At one stage Paul offered a draw and thought that he could force a perpetual check position. However Daniel managed to wriggle free. With two rooks and a knight Daniel eventually found a way of getting a pawn moving against Paul's queen & knight onslaught.
