A match that was of triple significance. 1) This doubled as the Bowring King final. PIFC/Wiltshire retain this trophy with a repeat of their win over ABI/Zurich in last year's final. 2) PIFC/Wiltshire put them selves in a strong position on the Insurance Shield - they draw level with ABI/Zurich with 2 matches to play. 3) In the Combined League itself, ABI/Zurich are not out of the title chase but this loss has seriously damaged their chances. PIFC/Wiltshire have hauled themselves back into the reckoning.
