Fixture Away Team selection ( for restricted view events)

For an organisation with Visibility E, and event with platform OTB restricted, make sure that the away team captain can enter the team if it is before the match time, but the opposing team captain can't see it and they can't see the team in any other LMS option either before the match time. Organisation owners get a warning before viewing. After the match has started the team selection options should disappear.
