Membership Rules

[1] If you are participating in a League Match organised by the Bristol and District League, you will need to be a Paid Member of the Club. The Club Membership Fees covers the period from 1st of September till 31st of August the subsequent year.

[2] If you are participating in a League Match and/or a rated Club Tournament it is mandatory to get ECF membership. We recommend a Gold level. ECF membership is paid directly to ECF. Guidance is available here.

[3] If you are a visitor/social-player, you will need to pay a Visitor Fees. The period of Visitor fees will end on 31st August or six months of membership duration, whichever is earlier. As a paying visitor, you are entitled to play in Club Tournaments (rated or otherwise, discretionary events each year), but not the League Games.

[4] Club fees and Visitor fees may be paid in cash at the Venue or via Bank Transfer to:

[5] Fees will not be refunded should a member decide to leave the Club. Should the same member wish to rejoin the Club at a later date, new fees shall have to be paid for membership.
