If you forgot your password or login ID then select the Request New Password option and enter your email address. The system will reset your password and send you an email telling you how to log on. Note that although you can request a password reset email by entering your email address, you can't login using your email, you must use your login ID which is usually made up of the first letter of first name followed by your surname. Your login ID will be shown on the email.
If you don't seem to get an email, it is possible that it is being wrongly classified as junk mail by your ISP. If you have a spam folder, possibly web based, please could you check there and if you find it, mark it as not spam.
