Blackpool and Fylde data: The Organisation Clubs page includes Rossendale

On the Organisation Club page https://lms.englishchess.org.uk/test10/organisation/5/clubs Rossendale has been included as a Blackpool and Fylde club. I am unsure whether this is a bug in the new system or "corruption" of Blackpool and Fylde test data. If it is the latter we may need to issue further guidelines to other testers or otherwise ensure that the Blackpool and Fylde data cannot be modified.
