The player on Board 3 for Bury was actually Ryan Simon (new player), not Mark Webb as originally planned. Mark failed to show up and we checked with Sam K that he was happy to play our replacement player despite it being estimated as more than 100 points below the player on board 4. This should have been checked with the team captain Andrew Last, but he was engrossed in his own game at the time. The relevant rule is rule 4.6.
