Board 4 was over quite quickly and board 1 Lindsay lost a piece so we were down 2-0 pretty quickly. My game divolved into a symmetrical pawn endgame and I tried to play for a win so naturally I lost to a player sharper than me. This left Steve fighting for Bournemouths honour. He completely dominated the rook in the corner with a pawn and a bishop and was in a completely dominant position so Andy had enough. Well played Poole!
