'YOU CAN'T WIN ANYTHING WITH KIDS - (Alan Hanson reporting on Manchester United who went on to win numerous league titles and honours with the same kids ) In the Inaugural Bacchus league match an exciting and sometimes heart- stopping match it finished 2-2 which was really a fair result for all. Wimborne brought some away fans to support their team - no crowd segregation needed and the view from the terraces was quite nervy at times! We fielded 3 year 8 kids (13) playing in the first competitive league match and the kids made it 2/3 over the boards so really pleasing and bodes well for the future, sure more to come. The matches all played in good spirit which was transferred to the bar later on, kids went to bed! .
