Agreed with the Tournament Controller that Weymouth B has had a one board default penalty for exceeding its rating limit of 7200

Whilst it's accepted that Dorchester B were at a disadvantage because of the grade disadvantage it was unfair on our team that captains, coming back to chess after a hiatus of over two years ,in my case, weren't notified of the downgrading of Div 2 from 150 avewrage to 146.6.
