Home Draw

Thanks to Poole for a pleasant evening, Board 2 agreed a draw after a locked position, Stephen got off o a good start capturing a Bishop early on and never relinquished his stranglehold on the game. Dan looked like getting a result on board 4 a knight up in end game but eventually a spirited fightback ended with a draw. Jan was a piece up for much of the game which proved decisive in the end game, honours even as in the first match for good nights chess.
