Swinton unfortunately have made an honest mistake and used live ratings other than the OTB September ratings and in so doing have broken the 50 point grade ruling, game results stand for grading purposes but the match result is a win for Eccles

The 50 point difference

The 50 point difference rating rule as written in the BDCL constitution was broken by Swinton & Worsley. Why has the BDCL rewarded S+W who contravened the constitution allowing the result to stand. Awarding the 2 vital points that Eccles earned to win 1st Division to Swinton+Worsley is deemed as unfair and unjust. There needs to be valid explanation for this.
