From our captain on the night We fielded a full team They didn’t turn up. No one turned up we gave them a hour. Around 7.40pm I got a call from Elliot Saying Eccles Had difficulties getting to the venue and might not be able to field a full team (traffic and MUFC playing). I phoned Barbara she phoned their Captain couldn’t get hold of him. And urmston has a full team and unfortunately will claim a 6-0 winTraffic Problems Cause Match Default
I did not speak to the official captain of the Urmston teams but to Mark Davies who was acting as captain on the night of the match.
Here is a full explanation to what led to cancelling the match and after reading please would captain John Reyes reconsider a rematch/defferal
