About Us
The CCA was formed in July 2014, following the merger of the London Banks Chess League (established 1911) with the Combined Banks and Insurance Chess League (established 1999).
Our object is to facilitate the playing of chess by employees, past and present, of financial organisations that are situated in London. While our competitions are primarily for teams representing financial organisations, we also welcome other teams that are based in or close to the City of London.
Our main website is www.citychess.org.uk. For more information please contact Terry Skippen (Secretary) or Daniel Lindner (Chairman).
