Two games in the ladder last night when John Pellegrini beat Geoff Parish to move up to 5th place. Lower down, a past ladder winner began his move upwards when Peter Przybycin beat Cary Xie. Don't forget that an important new rule this year means that instead of swapping places with a winning challenger the loser moves down just one place, so Geoff goes down to 6th place not to 9th. The long-term result should be that if you don't play ladder matches you slowly sink downwards over the course of the year instead of retaining your original starting place! Best wishes Rob
