Last night at club the gripping finale of The Ladder Tournament 2022-3 was played between Andy Mills playing white and Peter Przybycin playing white. I had my eye on much of the game and it went down to a very close King and pawns ending which was won by Peter who last won the trophy in 2019. Other winners since it's inception have been Sam who won it in 2018 and 2020 and Peter Eales who won it in 2022. The trophy was not played for in 2021. Congratulations to Peter! Rob Sims.
