1) The player named first plays with white 2) The deadline date for completing these games is the 25th July which gives 3 club nights to play them 11th, 18th and 25th July please let me know if for any reason you need an extension to the deadline time. 3) In the event of a draw colours are to be reversed and once again the replays are to be played before the deadline date of 25th July please let me know if for any reason you need an extension to the deadline date 4) All games to be played over the board preferably on a club night or at a date/time/venue to be agreed by both players 5) Both clocks to be set at 90 minutes 6) Please email me when you have agreed to play your game to enable me to monitor the progress of this round 7) Please email me the result of your games asap after it has been completed Steve Dunleavy
