It was an evening of missed opportunities for Lytham 1: both Phil Raynor and Colin Walker had good positions but failed to find the correct continuations. Seb Szydlowski had a strong centre and was able to convert his positional advantage into a win. Dave Aspinall saved the white wash for the second time in two matches by holding Cliff Rutlidge to a draw.
