This result tied up the division on match & game points. It started badly for Plymouth, with Ayush submitting well within the first hour. However, Caleb played virtually the whole afternoon a piece up which helped to repel Niranjana's useful positional compensation. At the same time, Tony found a very pretty mate via the h-file assisted by his b2 bishop. Rob also turned the screw, finishing with a skewer on the long diagonal. It's down to these 2 sides as to which can produce the better result in their last match against Barnstaple. Or could Barnstaple come with a late run??
