Potential Breach of Article 2 Rule 3c
Richard Cantliffe is only an ECF Supporter not a Member.
Bronze membership is required to avoid game fee being charged to the NSDCA.
This is his 4th game played in NSDCL this season which suggests that Newcastle B are in breach of Article 2 Rule 3c of the playing rules.
Given that his Supporter status expires on 31st Oct 2025, I need to check whether or not he was a member at the time he played his first game, as this was in October. If he was not then I will have to apply the penalty under the rules.

LMS Administrators Decision
Whilst looking into this this morning, I received an email from Richard apologizing for having selected the wrong level with the ECF and saying that he had just corrected this. I have checked, and he does now have Bronze membership covering the year from 01/11/24 to 31/10/25.
Having consulted with the General Secretary and the Treasurer, and taking account of the fact that Article 2 could be seen as lacking a strict definition of 'Member', I have decided to treat this as an unfortunate error which has been quickly corrected and so I am not applying a penalty in this instance.
Having sent an email to all team captains clarifying the situation regarding article 2 and the fact that 'supporter membership' does not make one a Member, I will not be so understanding of any future occurrences.
