Rule 4:14 infringment

As Mr. Horswill played in Rd.1 of the Townsend Trophy for Stourbridge he was not eligible to play in this match under rule 4:14. I would ask the BDCL Rules Committee to make a ruling on this infringment

On closer inspection of Rule 4:14 I retract my objection and apologise to Stourbridge for my comment,. Mr Horwill was indeed eligible to play.
