RULING - Incident at end of game

Rainham board 3 made repeated illegal moves into check, including one at very end of game whilst material down and in serious time trouble. Opponent took his King and Rainham Board 3 lost on time before King was replaced. An argument was raised that WOK player picking up King impeded Rainham player in securing draw. RULING - Plan to secure draw by Rainham player was clearly flawed if included repeated illegal move(s). Win for WOK player but admonishment for WOK player for picking up opponent King.
