The tournament secretary Martin has decided not to apply a penalty as Charlton were not given notice of grade increase. He has decide to have Davids grade set to 102L for the moment. As the ECF produce monthly grades, all clubs should check at the end of each month the grades of their L graded players. If the receive an E code this will supersede the L code.
