Tony Williams suffered a computer outage/lost connection quite early in the first game and by the time he had reconnected the system showed that he had resigned the game. I am not sure what could have been done to salvage the game, but he had sufficient time on his clock to have resumed when the connection was re-established. I guess it is "just one of those things".
