Major problems starting this match with (in my opinion) poorly communicated rule changes since last week to board colours. Maidenhead Board 1 was available and waiting for a challenge from his opponent as he thought Uxbridge were White on odds as per rule 3.3. Uxbridge claimed a win by default at 8 but Maidenhead player had been available from 7.30 waiting for challenge. Maidenhead request board 1 is annulled.

Uxbridge claimed a win by default at 8 but Maidenhead player had been available from 7.30 waiting for challenge. This was caused by the misunderstanding with board colours. Maidenhead request board 1 is annulled. I note result has been entered as a win by default.
