I will apply the penalty in accordance with Rule 4 (reproduced below for easy reference). I can confirm that the Board 4 result with however stand for rating purposes.

Rule 4
4 (a) Teams are to consist of four players arranged in order of playing strength, unless changed by
subsequent rules, subject to where two players have a difference of more than 100 rating points then the higher
rated player is to play on a higher board than the lower rated one.
(b) Any contravention of this rule will attract a penalty as follows: the game played by the higher rated
player(s) will be recorded as a win for his opponent(s) and in addition there will be a penalty deduction of 1
point for each offending player.

Board order
I notice that Nathan Abbott's September rating, which is what LMS shows as the main rating, was 1950, i.e. less than 100 above the board 3 rating. So this could be a misunderstand of which rating to use, for which I have much sympathy.
