Round 2
a) The player named first plays white
b) Both clocks are set at 90 minutes
c) The deadline date for completing these games is the 22nd June(5 weeks)
d) If possible can the games be played on a club night(either 21/5,28/5, 4/6,11/6 or 18/6) if this is not possible any mutually convenient venue to both players is fine with me
e) In the event of a draw colours are to be reversed and hopefully the replay to be played by the deadline date of 22nd June
f) All results to be emailed to me asap after the game has been played
g) If you need an extension to the deadline date please let me know as soon as a problem becomes apparent and I will do my best to accommodate you
h) Enjoy and thank you for entering this event
