Darren Chell
I have checked up on Darren Chell and Peter is correct. Since this tournament started in June, I have decided to set his Local rating at the level of his June K rating of 1192. I hope this is acceptable.
I will also chase up the fact that there is a Darren Chell and a Darren M Chell on Stafford's player list for the LMS. I assume that they are the same person and will need to be merged.
