Duplicate Players report

add two new players to an organisation with the same rating code as an existing player. One should be in a different player list to the existing one and one in a different one. One should have some results against it.

Check that the dupes get deleted and either replaced or removed from player lists as appropriate.
Check that the results from the deleted players get re-assigned correctly.
