The League is now ready for business in 2024-2025
The Bury and Rochdale League for Season 2024-2025 is One Division which would have a longplay and rapidplay played over 4 boards. The longplay league has now finished with Oldham coming out on top on goal difference.
The rapidplay league where players play their opponents twice on the night with 30 minutes each on the clock, over 4 boards. Players can be of any strength but the total for a 4 board team should not be above 6600 elo points. News Captains to announce before the match starts that all players must switch off their phones! Longplay time control: 80 mins plus 15 seconds a move. The away team have white on odds. Ungraded Longplay players will count as 1000 elo unless they have a Rapidplay grade.
