Congratulations to Norfolk and Norwich

Many congratulations to Norfolk and Norwich. They won every Division of the league that they participated in, and the Williamson Cup and Norfolk and Suffolk Cup as well. The only competition they failed to win (and there they reached the final) was the rapidplay handicap cup. They thoroughly deserved their successes. My only reservation would be, if they continue to dominate Norfolk chess like this (and they have at least one rapidly improving young player), then the league will become less competitive - and would that be to the benefit of Norfolk chess? I would appreciate people's views on this, and what should be done.
