Hello Malcolm. I hope you're well. Thank you for having us yesterday at Parklangley and for submitting the match results. Can we somehow correct Miguel Sobrinho's rating? You put in 1200 whereas his only rating is a rapid one and it's 1450. It's there on our official LMS players' list and that's what I used when putting the team squad together. Not a problem if it cannot be done as it's not changing the overall result. Reagards. Tomasz

Miguel Sobrinho's Rating

Tomasz, Malcolm can't enter ratings for any team other than Beckenham & Bromley. Miguel's standard play rating in the system is shown as 0, so the system defaults to the minimum for the specific competition, i.e.: the average rating minus 400. In the case of the Harvey Cup this is 1600-400=1200. You can correct this by adding an estimated standard play rating of 1450 in Miguel's details, and after that Malcolm can re-enter the result which would then show Miguel as 1450. You should probably do that before you verify the result otherwise it may need Zia Mehmet to effect the change.

I noticed that someone had updated Miguel’s rating to show an estimate of 1450 so I took the opportunity to re-enter the match result which has updated the match card using this rating. You now need to verify it again and then everything will be in order.
