Picking on a club from the club drop-down on the home page of an organisation, and then on Home Page takes you to the club organisation. Under Admin / Display, you can change:
- Google Map If you supply Google Map details in this field then it can embed a google map to your clubs venue.
- Description some text describing your club such as the venue
Under Admin/ Settings, the following may be useful to the owner of organisations containing the club:
- Venue Match Limit: This is used if generating dates for fixtures to restrict the number of home matches on the same day.
- Match Time The default time home matches start at this club. It can be overridden for a specific fixture.
To select which user is the club contact or secretary, assign them under Admin/Access in the club organisation. For a club organisation these give the following:
- Owners: Can update club details and run events such as club championships
- Users: Can update match result for the clubs teams
- Contacts: Appear on the Contacts Tab - suitable perhaps for club secretary.
