Assuming there is no other information on the home page of the organisation, you can use the contacts tab on the top right hand side to contact those people who are listed as contacts of the organisation in the LMS. If now contacts have been specified for the organisation, then nobody will be listed. If there are you will set a list of who they are and you can pick one of them. It is for organisation to decide if they want to list people as contacts or not.
