Phil Birks of Cheddleton was an ineligible player and is penalised under Article 8 of the League Playing Rules, by virtue of the fact that he has played more than the 3 games allowed without being an ECF Member. His match score is unaffected as he lost his game anyway. However, Cheddleton are penalised a point for contravening the Rule, making the final score 2-1 to Crewe.
