Penalties to be applied to this match

I will email both Captains with a fuller explanation, but more than one KCCA Rule has been broken by Rainham in this match. In summary however the overgrading rule will not be applicable but fielding an ineligible player on Bd 2 will be. So the result on Bd 2 will effectively be a default by Rainham and Medway will get the game point although the actual result of the game on Bd 2 will go for Grading as is. Match Score will be 2.5 - 3.5 after penalties have been applied.
