Violation of Minor League Rule 12 : Silviu Sandhu

Silviu Sandhu has played more than two games for Thurrock MA and is above graded 1400 hence is barred for playing for Thurrock MB (see Minor League Rule 12). Given Thurrock have lost this match I will not apply any penalty.
