Barclays win on appeal

Barclays appealed the result on board 1 on account of Gabor Pinter having repeatedly used different hands to make a move and press the clock in contravention of article 6.7.b of the FIDE Laws of Chess despite Mark Gray having asked him to use the same hand. Bank of England did not contest the appeal and permitted Barclays to advance to the final on the condition that the result on board 1 be counted as-is for grading purposes.
