Highcliffe welcomed a highly motivated Bournemouth B in a match crucial to Highcliffe. We needed to win to keep pressure on Bournemouth A . Femi and Rob had not realised that this was classical chess thinking it was a continuation of the rapidplay. 96 moves in 54 minutes , 1-0 Highcliffe. Lindsay miscalculated against me which left me a winning advantage 2-0 Highcliffe. Bill and Ken played an exciting game in which Bill prevailed so 2-1. Attention switched to board 4 . Tom and Paul agreed a draw which seemed fair, so we squeezed through. Thank you Bournemouth good luck for the rest of the season best regards RU
