Congratulations to Newcastle on inflicting Crewe's first defeat in the new division 6.
I was very impressed by the standard of play on all boards which bodes well for future development.
I think 6 of the players are all playing their first ever season of league chess.
Bd 4 for Newcastle was Martin Stanley who won the battle of the "debutants"
