From the Insurance Chess Club archive (Kevin Parrott)
The first involvement of Hammond Suddards and Edge of the Legal League in Insurance chess proved inauspicious. Not helped by a default, they succumbed to ABI/Zurich. HSE move over to the Durham and play JTW/Cornhill while ABI/Zurich continue in the Bowring with a semi-final against Lincoln.
