Help For Event Owners

Someone who is given event owner permission by a local organiser ( who will be an organisation owner) can update anything connected with an event.

I want to enter a result in round 2 of a tournament, but the drop down list does not include one of the players. He is included in the player list, and featured in round ( (He was in the drop down list then). I can't add him because he is already in the list. What should I do?
